MACSTAR SEALMAX 2000 is an unique, easy to use gasketing material manufactured from expanded virgin PTFE which can work as cut-in situ gasket. This material is multi directionally oriented cut-in situ gasket which has high tensile strength in traverse as well as in longitudinal directions which results in very low run-in properties. The profile once on gasket will not have any tendency to increase in width or flow during erection stage or when in service even at elevated temperatures. SEALMAX 2000 requires very minimal flange load to seal effectively and due to basic multidirectional structure it can withstand high flange loads & high internal pressures.

FEATURES OF MACSTAR SEALMAX 2000:

·    Chemically inert, can perform in a broad pH range of 0 to 14 and withstand all chemicals including most aggressive acids, alkalies, hydrocarbons and gases. The only exception is molten alkalies and free fluorine.

·          Temperature resistance :  - 240 C to + 280 C

·          Pressure upto 100 kg/cm2

·          Non-flammable

·          Indefinite storage life, non-ageing, UV, ozone resistance.
