Descale the Boiler ‘On-Line’

Boiler descaling operation is a necessity because each deposition on the heat transfer areas will reduce the effective heat transfer, may reduce the output and may decrease quality of steam. Most of the times, shutdown to descale the boiler is not possible hence descaling activity cannot be performed.

To overcome this obstacle, Eximious has launched On-Line descaling compound called as D’Scale – BOL.

Salient features:

1)    Acid – alkali free compound.

2)    Removes the scales with unique crystal distortion theory.

3)    Does not allow the redeposition of the scales in normal operation.

4)    Effective – very low dosages.

5)    Does not interface with the normal treatment chemicals.

Procedure:

D’Scale – BOL is to be dosed in Boiler on continuous basis. The exact dosages will vary depending upon security of scaling. Our service engineer will help you to arrive a set the correct dosages.

The TDS – TSS levels are to be monitored and blow down is given to remove the scales.
