D’SCALE – 4000

A unique blend of descaling compound which is Gentle to metals but very aggressive to scales. D’Scale – 4000 is designed to remove scales of Calcium, Magnesium, corrosion products along with Dirt, Dust off the metallic surface gently. The strong corrosion inhibitor will protect the metal absolutely while it is descaling the surface, D’Scale – 4000 is a non-volatile solid containing mild descaling compound, corrosion inhibitor & wetting agent.

1.            UNIQUE POLYMERIC CORROSION INHIBITOR

The strong corrosion inhibitor in D’Scale – 4000 has a strong affinity towards metallic surface, protecting it against possible attacks. D’Scale – 4000 contains a blend of milder acids and activity enhansers, which dissolves scale quickly and completely off the metallic surface.

A state of art activity enhancer in D’Scale – 4000 will take the active ingredients to the base of any scale thereby acting at the roots and detaching the scale totally.

The action of D’ Scale – 4000 on scale is quite fast and effective because of unique accelerator & carrier medium. The good wetting agents in D’Scale – 4000 will emulsify oil, grease, loosen the dirt, algae etc.

4.            TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Removal of water scales from Boilers, Cooling, Chilling systems, Condensers, Evaporators, Heat Exchangers, etc. Highly recommended for cleaning – descaling of cooling water system and chilled water system.

5.            HOW TO USE

The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation for large system or Components. In case of smaller system soaking is a best method. After using D’Scale – 4000 circulate with 1% of alkaline solution. D’Scale – 4000 is safe to use with Aluminium, Bronze, copper, MS, SS metallurgy. Typical Dose would be 5 to 10% of the holdup capacity.

6.            PRECAUTIONS

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Advised to use gloves and Safety goggles while handing. Do not swallow. Do not breathe vapours. In case of contact, wash with large quantities of fresh water. Store in air tight container under dry conditions away from heat.

7.            SHELF LIFE

Indefinite shelf life. Store in cool place under shed. No effectivity loss over the period of time. Prevent moisture from entering in container. Shake well before use.
