BRINE PLUS - S

Corrosion inhibitor for Salt Brine System

Salt Brines, containing CaCl₂ or NaCl, as salts, in subjected to very heavy corrosion. The corrosion products are sticky in nature, deposit on the heat transfer areas, affecting the effective rate of heat transfer.

This also reduces the effective service life of the system.

Brine Plus – S is all organic product which forms a complete, monomolecular, monolithic film over the pipeline internals which offers excellent corrosion inhibition and acts as anti deposition film. Brine Plus – S is to be dosed in the salt brine at the ratio of 1% of the holdup quantity.

The salient features are,

1.            Liquid product, easy to dose.

2.            Dosing once in a year. (Required in case of makeup quantity.)

3.            No need of metering pumps etc.

4.            Product is bio static in nature, hence inhibit further growth, hence no need to dose any micro biocide.

PACKING :

Brine Plus – S is packed in 50 kg carboy.

Storage & Handling :

Avoid contact with skin & eyes. In case of contact, wash with large quantities of fresh water. Store in air tight container under dry conditions away from heat.
