1)           What is BOOSTER ?

Booster is blend of specialty compounds, deposit Penetrant, Surfactants. Which boost the efficiency of any hydrocarbon used in cleaning process? It is designed to clean – decarbonise – degrease the most difficult components like open gears, bearing, chain drives etc.  Any hydrocarbon with booster will clean hand sticky carbon deposits, thick- viscous oils, sticky gears etc. from any surface.  This is a boon to maintenance people in any industry as cleaning is faster & better.

2)           How to use Booster?

Booster is basically a concentrate which is to be mixed with any hydrocarbon. For example, normally Kerosene or Diesel is used as a solvent for cleaning various components.  Addition of Booster reduces  the  surface  tension  of  any solvent  and  increase  the penetration  &  cleaning  power. It should dosed up to 10% of volume basis in any hydrocarbon.

3)           What is the procedure of cleaning any component?

Basically the process, used at present, does not change. Take any hydrocarbon; add 10% Booster on volume by volume basis.  Dip the component.  Allow it for 10 - 15 minutes.  Agitation would be very useful for cleaning process or apply light scrub. Take out the cleaned component, send it for further assembly.

4)           What should be done with the remaining solution?

Any solution can be used again & again till (volume wise) it is sufficient.  Filter it using fine cloth if necessary & use for next component.

5)           What the solvents can be mixed with Booster?

Any hydrocarbon like kerosene, Diesel, Acetone, IPA etc.  

6)           What pack size Booster is available?

Booster is available in available in 5 ltrs. Carboys and is the multiples of 50 ltrs.
