Unique reactor packing
ACE is unique soft packing designed for rotary applications such as reactors, agitators, centrifuges etc. Where packing is subjected to process fluctuations in temperatures, pressures, speeds, etc. Ace can perform from - 10oC to high temperature, from vacuum to high pressure and at all speeds.
Ace can withstand acids, alkalies, solvent fumes, all gases, Thermic fluids, steam etc.
Product Data
- Material: Synthetically manufactured flexible high temp. yarn impregnated with a PTFE dispersion and aninert lubricant.
- Temperature: Up to 371oC
- Flammability: Non-Flammable does not melt, burn or drip.
- Fluid Resistance: pH range 0 to 14 (except fuming Nitric Acid, Aqua Regia and molten alkali metals.)
- Pressure: 15 kg/cm2 in pumps & 60 kg/cm2 in valves. Style 6500 may be used to increase pressure resistance.
- Speed: 25 m/sec.
- Frictional Drag: Very very low.
- Heat dissipation: Excellent.
Ace is very dense packing, with excellent heat dissipation properties which gives longer service with minimum leakages rate and virtually zero shaft scoring. Unique corrosion inhibitor prevents stem pitting.
Typical application: General service, water pumps, oil, liquor, steam, hydrocarbons, Thermic fluid. Use in static and Dynamic equipments, valves and pumps. Best packing for reactors, Agitators, Centrifuges etc.
